Who is Central Area Collaborative?
The Central Area Collaborative was formed from a community-led effort to support economic growth, investment, and revitalization in Seattle’s Central District. In response to local business owners and residents seeking more substantial economic opportunities, the City of Seattle’s Office of Economic Development launched a commercial revitalization plan, engaging over 180 community members.
This initiative created a dedicated network of local leaders working together to strengthen businesses, support homeowners, and celebrate the neighborhood’s rich cultural heritage.
